Absolutely because color contamination may occur! Separating the two colors is the best way to preserve the color and quality of your clothes.
You can apply a stain remover prior to washing.
No, we do not for sanitary purposes. We make sure to wash clothes per order to prevent it from mixing with other orders.
We usually accept any kind of clothing, provided that they are allowed to be washed as per its care instruction. We won’t wash clothes that may need to be dry cleaned instead such as those with embellished beads or delicate fabrics that are not allowed for wash & fold, such as suede and velvets.
It is recommended to use a cold water setting for them and make sure that they are separated from your light colored clothes.
